When you launch a new stream of content – a blog, a podcast, a YouTube channel – it’s easy to get discouraged in the early days. For most of us, an audience is slow to build; the now-celebrated blogger Chris Brogan took eight years to reach his first 100 subscribers. But is there a way to shortcut that painful initial growth period? It seems like Scott Oldford – whom I was introduced to by Brogan – may have found it.
